The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of two litres of country made liquor in a Jarkin and also 40 litres of semi prepared country made liquor from the hut of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the hut, fromwhere, two litres of country made liquor and 40 litres semi prepared country made liquor, is not belonging to the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.10.2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56420 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
