The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Badahiya P.S. Case No.268 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner that he has purchased the excel of the truck which was stolen property and there being no evidence against him that he has purchased the excel which was stolen from the informant, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
