Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail petition as he was not informed correctly about the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent and besides three criminal cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, the petitioner is accused in many other cases.

Prayer is allowed.
