The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.96 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no. 1, namely, Mirtyunjay Kumar Singh @ Mirtyunjay Singh. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, namely, Mirtyunjay Kumar Singh @ Mirtyunjay Singh is concerned.

No.20233 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Singh is concerned, it is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Manish Kumar Singh @ Dhananjay Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49690 of 2019.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Singh, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.96 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
