The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414, 413, 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and one other accused person having been apprehended by the police and one Yamaha motorcycle and one Bajaj Discovery motorcycle were seized by the police and the accused persons had failed to provide registration papers of the said two wheelers.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he

It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit cash security for the purposes of grant of regular bail. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 09.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.15,000/- in cash before the Nazarat of the concerned trial court and subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of A.C.J.M. VI, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.289 of 2018.
