2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 169 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of looting ornaments.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and no TI Parade has been done yet. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 18.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 169 of 2022.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Rautara Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
