30-01-2015 The petitioner, who retired in the year 2006 as Assistant Teacher, has filed the present writ petition in the year 2014 claiming that some of the amount of gratuity and G.P.F. has not been paid.

Keeping in view the fact the present writ petition was filed in the year 2014 and the petitioner has retired in the year 2006, such writ petition may not be entertained by this court at belated stage.

The petition stands dismissed.
