JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report relates to the offence of dacoity committed by unknown criminals. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2016. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade up till now nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the co-accused persons.
