2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the developments which have taken place in the light of letter no. 1155 dated 05.04.2023

Patna High Court CWJC No.3342 of 2023(5) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 issued by the Director (Higher Education) as contained in Annexure '9' to the rejoinder filed on behalf of the petitioner, he would wait for the result of Annexure '9' and will keep his rights reserved to agitate the issue with regard to the grants after a final decision is taken by the government.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the petitioners withdrawing this writ application at this stage with liberty to agitate this issue after a final decision is taken by the State Government pursuant to the letter no. 1155 dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure '9' to the rejoinder of the petitioners).
