JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner misused his privilege of bail for near about 15 years and after that he could be arrested on the strength of permanent warrant issued against him.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sikty P.S.Case No. 27 of 1998, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Araria/ concerned court stands rejected.
