The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.90/16 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation of the informant is that he performed marriage of his daughter Amrita Devi with Subodh Kumar about ten years ago. On 1.8.2016 his daughter had left her matrimonial house without information to any one. Son-in-law of the informant had given information to the informant that your daughter had fled away from her matrimonial house. Upon receipt of this information, the informant along with his family members rushed to the village - Pakri of his daughter where some women told

Thereafter the informant came to the house of his daughter where he found his grand daughter Misty Kumari and grand son Krishna Raj who on query told that the do not know whereabouts of mother, but they told that father, grand father, grand mother, uncle and aunty had beaten to their mother and due to fear both went to the other house in the night.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant came to know about cause of assault to his daughter by his grand daughter Misty Kumari and grand son Krishna Raj but both have not examined by the I.O. in investigation. The petitioner is gotni of daughter of the informant and used to reside separate with her husband but with ulterior motive she is also implicated in this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sudeep Patal, J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No.90/16,
