JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 The present batch of writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to allow the students of D. El. Ed. Training Session 2017-19 of petitioner's Colleges to appear in D.EL. Ed. Examination, 2019 for which online application form has been invited by the Bihar School Examination Board to conduct the examination of the students of Government teachers training colleges only while the students of private Colleges have been left out. The present batch of writ petitions are being disposed of, with an agreement amongst the parties, that the in service candidates of the aforesaid private colleges would be eligible to appear in the D. El. Ed. Examination, 2019, which is going to start in the month of March, 2019 and the result is scheduled to be published on 31st March, 2019. As far as the other candidates of the aforesaid private colleges are concerned, D. El. Ed. Examination for the Sessions 2017-19 will be held in the month

Patna High Court CWJC No.2121 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2019 3/3 of May, 2019 and the results would be published by the end of the month of June, 2019.

In view of the agreement reached at between the parties, the present batch of writ petitions are being disposed of with consent of the parties, with a direction to the respondent Bihar School Examination Board,Patna to permit the in service candidates of the aforesaid private Colleges to appear in the D. El. Ed. Examination, 2019, which are going to be held in the month of March, 2019 for the Sessions 2017-19 and as far as the other candidates of the Session 2017-19 of the aforesaid private Colleges are concerned, the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna is directed to conduct D. El. Ed. Examination, 2019 for such candidates in the month of May, 2019 and publish their result by the end of June, 2019.

It is needless to state that the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna shall adhere to the aforementioned schedule without any deviation.
