The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.218 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while the informant Basanti Devi was returning from her field after cutting the grass having taken the same with her, in the way, this petitioner caught hold her and with an intention to outrage her modesty, torn her blouse. On raising alarm by the informant when the labourers reached, the petitioner fled away snatching her 'Mangal Sutra'.. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to grudge and enmity, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in
