Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Dacoity was committed in Instacast Services Pvt. Ltd. Suspicion is against Mr. Upendra Kumar, the night guard and his criminal associates.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Only material is confessional statement of coaccused Upendra Kumar. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.10112 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 891 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
