JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard Mr. Chhote Lal Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 dated 30.07.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the FIR that the informant was divested of Rs. 78,000/- which he had withdrawn from State Bank of India, Rajgir by motorcycle borne miscreants.

The petitioners, though are not named in the FIR and have been remanded in this case from Laheri P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 on 11.09.2019, but considering the fact that Rs. 5 lakhs was recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10004 of 2020(4) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 the house of the petitioners in the case from which they were remanded, I am not inclined to grant bail to them. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected for the present.
