Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-20/23 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 24-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44017 of 2015 taking into account the recovery of Ganja from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of petitioner is that co-accused, Shambhu Pandey @ Boua has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 16-09-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41312 of 2015 and so far as petitioner is concerned; he is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6513 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 custody since 21-07-2014 without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said submission as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeIst-cum-Special Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
