The learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of the learned APP for the State, Shri Bal Mukund Prasad Singh, seeks to withdraw the present petition inasmuch as the petitioner has already been arrested in connection with Pakridayal P.S.

Case No. 132 of 2020 for the offences punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
