JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. No. 646 of 2019, arising out of Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 504, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sasaram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 15.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11737 of 2020 by this Court taking into consideration the allegation of causing injury through Rammi at the head of husband of the informant, who died after 50 days of the occurrence. It is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
