The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 5108 of 2014 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP Nos. 2 to 4

Patna High Court MJC No.2842 of 2016 dt.29-03-2017 Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 18.02.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2842 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
