Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. FIR is against unknown relating to an offence of theft of motorcycle. During investigation, it reveals that the petitioner was getting detached different parts of the said motorcycle in a garage. The said motorcycle was recovered from the garage of co-accused Md. Sohail and it is alleged that said garage was of the petitioner.
Considering the nature of case aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9823 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj/Successor Court, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.180 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
