The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Excise Case No. 10143 of 2019 arising out of Hathidah P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 100 pouches each containing 300 ml country made liquor, one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Excise Case No. 10143 of 2019 arising out of Hathidah P.S.
