The petitioner is in custody in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 for offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the victim daughter of the informant was recovered from the room of the petitioner who happens to be the priest of the temple, no case for indulgence is made out. Prayer is rejected.

Application is dismissed.
