The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2442 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of 10 charge-sheet witnesses, four witnesses have been examined till October, 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 175 of 2020 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 606 of 2019. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9948 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after recording of evidence of the informant.
