The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner assaulted with spade on the head of the fatherin-law of the informant, as a result of which, he died, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
