The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief(s) have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

"For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, direction/directions to the respondents to pay the deathcum-retiral dues to the petitioner along with reasonable compound interest over the dues due upon the

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent No. 2 for redressal of her grievance.

In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent No. 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
