The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 21.11.2022, is present before this Court, the Station House Officer, Kankarbagh has produced her, she is an old lady and has disclosed that the petitioner has not assaulted her, though at times there were heated exchange of words but then showing her graciousness, she condones the mistakes of her son. Learned A.P.P. for the State fairly submits that since the mother has shown graciousness and has condoned the behaviour of her son, as such he is not opposing the anticipatory

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 1020 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Shivam/- U T
