In view of the contention of the petitioner, the Court is constrained to dispose of the writ application with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Department of Co-operative Societies,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16136 of 2018(2) dt.23-03-2021 2/2 Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna to scrutinize the fact and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to that of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 18053 of 2019 similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner also.
Necessary decision after scrutinizing the fact must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
