It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that if Cr Misc No 82254 of 2019 is restored to its original file, he would ensure that the defect (s), which were pointed in those proceedings, will be removed within two weeks. It is further submitted that due to inadvertence, the same could not be done within two weeks from the peremptory order dated 16.12.2019 passed in the instant case.
