In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.615 of 2019, arising from Ashthawan P.S. Case No.134 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage of the victim was solemnized with the present petitioner and during marriage, the informant had given gift of Rs.3,00,000/- to the petitioner and whereafter they demanded Rs.50,000/- and one motor cycle. When the demand was not fulfilled, the victim lady has been killed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
