The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 622 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 382, 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended on the spot and a bunch of master key was recovered from his possession.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition or looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
