This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Her name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Sauyendra Uraon.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 709 of 2014 arising out of Semra
