1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application on behalf of the petitioner aforesaid is directed for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) preferably in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondent to cancel the appointment of respondent no.7 from the post of Anganwari Sevika, who has been appointed for Anganwari Centre Sabantua Dih, Ward No.6 since she has got lessor marks than petitioner. And for further commanding the respondent to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case by the respondent-State, to submit that the Child Development Project Officer, Harnaut, Nalanda has already requested the District Programme Officer, Nalanda to look into the matter and take an appropriate decision, hence he may be directed to look into the matter and pass an order expeditiously. It is directed accordingly.
