Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that victim died at the State of Telengana in the house of the petitioner and furthermore, it also came to light that victim was caught in fire accidentally while she was preparing meal in the night of 5.2.2015. The police prepared inquest report in which age of the victim was found 23 years. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that victim being major eloped with the petitioner and solemnized her marriage but unfortunately, she died accidentally.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
