Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to AAG-7 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Bhoodan Yagya Committee, Shri Ranji Kant Singh. 2.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4184 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/3 petitioners, at the outset, submits that petitioners would be satisfied in the event if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, to dispose of representation dated 13-11-2024 (Annexure-P/3) submitted by the petitioners, within a time frame. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar Bhoodan Yagya Committee submits that he has no objection in the event if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 13-11-2024 (AnnexureP/3), but then submits that from perusal of the representation dated 13-11-2024 submitted by the petitioners, it would manifest that the same is cryptic and vague and does not even record the date of death of Amiya Mushar along with death certificate in whose favour the land in dispute was given by the Bhoodan Yagya Committee, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners will file a detailed representation with all the relevant facts before the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, on or before 15-5-2025 with all the relevant documents. 4.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and without going into merits of the case, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4184 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 3/3 disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, on or before 15-5-2025 for seeking redressal of their grievance as raised in the instant writ application, further if any representation is filed by the petitioners on or before 15-5-2025, in that event, the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of one month thereafter.
