Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel, appearing for the informant.

Petitioner is said to have given Tangi blows, causing injury to the husband of the informant but admittedly, alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and the injured has sustained simple injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
