In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the brother of the informant became traceless for some time and later on he was found dead near the shop of the petitioner. During the investigation, it has come that the victim had withdrawn certain amount from the Bank was the cause for taking away the victim.

The medical report suggests that the petitioner had died on account of excess consumption of liquor.

No.56669 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Ajit Rai @ Ajit Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No.188 of 2015.
