2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner became successful in obtaining the job of panchayat teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates, for which, the first FIR bearing Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 156 of 2011 was lodged and in that case, the petitioner was granted bail but according to the present FIR, she could not resign within amnesty period, directed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWJC No. 15459 of 2014. It is the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27241 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 reason that the present FIR has been lodged.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner has been terminated from her job and she has deposited the entire amount drawn by her as salary.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
