The petitioner was appointed as a constable but later on it was detected that some other person had appeared in written examination in place of the petitioner. Moreover, on similar allegation co-accused has been granted bail.

Accordingly, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jivban Lal, A.C.J.M., 2nd, Munger in Jamalpur P.S.Case No.119 of 2015.
