The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Tilouthu) P.S. Case No. 36/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

15 litres of country-made liquor kept in a Dalda pot was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
