Ms.Renu Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 279 litres of liquor from the petitioner and co-accused person who were arrested from there.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than two and a half months and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8224 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 2320 of 2019.
