JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,427,307,379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant Sambhu Yadav with iron bar on his head to which he sustained injury.

It is submitted by the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence.
