This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The perusal of the statement of the victim-girl reveals that the matter is of love affairs with co-accused, Nagendra Thakur. However, she has alleged that everything happened under force used by named accused, including the petitioner.
Considering the nature of material available, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or successor Court.
