That, the present writ petition is being filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus and any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction or directions to the concerned Respondent authority to transfer the Petitioner from Sadar Hospital, Siwan, Bihar to Patna on the ground of Critical Medical ailment of his wife who is GNA Grade "A" Nurse and posted at Community Health Centre, Madanpur, Aurangabad, Bihar and she is suffering from fatal ailment i.e. CANCER and treatment is going

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
