The petitioner seeks bail in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 255 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons reached at the Egg shop of the informant, abused and assaulted the informant by means of lathi, danda. Thereafter, it is alleged that they entered into house of informant and made indiscriminate firing with their pistol and rifle.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.
