The petitioner seeks bail in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 581 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016.

The petitioner was arrested and from his possession 55 pouches each containing 200 ml of country made liquor were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 581 of 2016.
