The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that countrymade liquor was recovered from the house of the individual petitioners. Petitioners have stated that they have got no criminal antecedent. In fact recovery was made from house of one of the co-accused, however, just to falsely implicate, all have been dragged in this

In view of the fact that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they were not arrested at the time of recovery, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 8613 of 2018 arising out of Alamganj Police Station Case No 526 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/ trial of the case failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
