JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 The present petition has been filed for restoring the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C.No. 8511/2018, which stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of peremptory order dated 4.5.2018 on account of defects having not been removed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I direct for restoration of the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C.No. 8511/2018 to its original file, subject to removal of the defects by the petitioner as also subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of four weeks from today.
