The mobile phone through which the call of extortion money was made, found stood in the name of the petitioner and subsequently, in course of investigation, one another mobile was also found in the name of the petitioner and it was detected that the said mobile had also been used to talk with the informant. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 16.07.2015. The investigation of this case has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
