The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR as also the fact that from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that four witnesses have supported the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner was one of the person involved in killing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2419 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2 / 2 the husband of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
