Petitioner is co-villager of the informant but even then informant did not name the petitioner in his written report. No doubt, in course of investigation, some witnesses stated about the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and thereafter, co-accused confessed their guilt naming the petitioner but considering the above stated fact as well as circumstances of the case and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have been granted privilege of bail by this Court, let the petitioner, namely, Karu Mahto @ Santosh
